Bad Calls

So I’m sitting here watching the 9ers and Hawks game, and wouldn’t you know it, bad calls.  Like every game I’ve ever watched, there are bad calls.  How would life be if we feared standing before the throne and being judged imperfectly like having some of these refs calling our play by play?

Scary, that’s how.  But we don’t have to worry about that.  We are going to be judged by a God that sees everything we do, everything done to us, every thought that crossed our mind, and everything that brought us to do what we did.  He knows the Spiritual warfare.  He knows the worldly influence.  He knows the struggle that we have with the flesh.  He knows.

On top of Him knowing all of this and seeing things in a way that we can’t even comprehend, He knows our relationship with Christ.  He paid the price for our sins with the blood of His son.  We’ve been washed clean and don’t have to worry about having a bad call.  Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice.
